Ranbir Kapoor, born on September 28, 1982, in Mumbai, India, is a prominent figure in the Indian film industry. He hails from the renowned Kapoor family, which has been a cornerstone of Bollywood for generations. His parents, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh, are both celebrated actors, while his grandfather, Raj Kapoor, is regarded as one of Indian cinema's greatest filmmakers and actors.


Ranbir grew up surrounded by the glitz and glamour of the film industry, which undoubtedly influenced his career choice. Despite his family's legacy, Ranbir was determined to carve his own path and make a name for himself through his talent and hard work.

"Barfi!" in particular earned him immense praise for his portrayal of a deaf and mute man, showcasing his dedication to his craft and willingness to take on challenging roles. His performance in "Rockstar" also garnered widespread acclaim, earning him his first Filmfare Award for Best Actor.
